Our practice
there are deep principles which relate all movement.. we will explore them and go for full adventure what our human system offers us..
forming our authentic way and practice with movement.
breathwork, animal flow, yoga, contact improvisation, dance, capoeira, martial arts, qigong,stillness..these give us inspiration to build our own practice
the world is getting more complex and we have gathered all the essence of evolution..all those traditions and practices and we merge them into a blend which gives us access to the now, a new spiral/ level we want to dive in, with curiosity and authenticity.
using 5 principles which relate all movement
with them embracing movement by itself to an authentic practice
forming our relation to movement and forming a practice which really suits us..
there are a lot of amazing traditions.. they all together have all the elements with which we create our own authentic movement..
we have limited time and awareness, so choosing the right combination of our practices is one of the highest values.

we want to dance, but not be a dancer.. we want to move like a shoaling monk, but for sure not being a warrior monk.. breakdance, capoeira, yoga, skiing, climbing, kite surfing, qigong, contact impro.. all those traditions give us strong and perfect directions..but our direction is different and a combination of them… so there is definitely our authentic way of relating to all those amazing practices. so we need to form a solid base with all of them.. to embrace movement with it’s all relating core principles and forming our authentic practice.
combining our practice with extreme experiences..like sports..
finding our limits is our quest in life from the very beginning on when we learn how to crawl and walk.. this curiosity to explore life is inherent in all of us..
sports are such an awesome platform to explore our human possibilities, feel the movement.. all are beautiful
so how to Climb big Trees, Jumping of Cliffs, Dance, Climbing, going Highlining, Skiing, Kite Surfing, Surfing, Mountain Biking, Swimming, Ice Bathing, Contact Improvisation, Building a house out of bamboo,… all our life can be considered extreme. it s the approach we have towards life which defines the circumstances..
the first thing we come in contact with when we are going for more extreme experiences is our Breath.. and with this we dive deeper into the sensations and possibilities of our body.
Let s really celebrate movement and form a ritual about it with all what we can imagine..
embracing all the different elements and in this manner nourishing all layers of our system.
fun, excitement, curiosity enhances our awareness and we enter into a exploration of our possibilities..and overcoming our limits.. “we can take it, quite a lot..” let s try and get inspired.
when we form these pathways and combine the right tools we can really build a awesome practice which really enhances life..
let’s go on a journey together and define those practices which we really want to have in our lifes..
we are coming in contact with our fears, courage and power and we really learn how to consider ourselves and deal with all the circumstances of life in an authentic and progressive approach.

finding the best spots around the world and building our PRACTICE strong and resilient. using all our methods to fully establish our body and explore it s possibilities, power, strength, flexibility, balance and connect in this manner to all this beautiful MOVEMENTS in extreme sports and human life to reconsider all these qualities.
when we are really in contact with our body, listen carefully in it’s expression we have so much fun with all these explorations.. being really humble in the aproach but with the right sensations going for our courage and excitement, full expression.
BREATHWORK and STILLNESS is giving us a strong base to really listen and relate authentically with ourselves, with all our emotions and aspirations. Embrace it all but being humble to return back to our center and responding directly to what our system tells us.
