we explore deeply our body system 5h per day with breathwork, animal flow, contact impro, yoga, and a specific system rooted in the ancient practices of martial arts with deep principles which connect all movement

MOVEMENT:

  • embracing our system with qigong, yoga, dance, animal flow and other workouts

  • group practices with CI- contact impro, water dance, easy acrobatics, acro yoga, other creative way of sharing our weight and body system, a bit of dance

  • breathwork

  • somatic movement

  • embracing nature and the elements (hiking/climbing waterfalls, ocean, hikes, one group experience with extreme sports(kitesurfing/ highlining/ skiing/ climbing..) embracing all our system - overcoming obstacles)
